It founded with the aim of creating a practical and intuitive solution to Mexican HR Management. Worky displaces the dozens of Excel sheets that HR managers are currently using to organize their companies. Worky is employee centric, intuitive and accesible. We care about making an impact in one of Mexico’s largest problems is employee retention. Through Worky, companies can decrease their employee rotation rates by 30% in the first three months of use.
