Michael Fosnaugh has served on our Board since 2017. Mr. Fosnaugh is a Senior Managing Director at Vista. Mr. Fosnaugh is co-head of the Chicago office and sits on the Vista Flagship Funds’ Investment Committee. Prior to joining Vista in 2005, Mr. Fosnaugh worked in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications group at SG Cowen & Co., where he focused on the software, services and financial technology sectors.
