Miles Jennings founded Recruiter.com in 2010 and built the on-demand recruiting platform, which connects employers with a network of recruiters, through a Nasdaq listing and more than ten acquisitions including Mediabistro, Scouted, and OneWire. He alternated between chief executive and president-COO roles at the company, handing the CEO title to Evan Sohn, and has written on hiring and entrepreneurship for Entrepreneur.
