Neil is an experienced business leader with over 25 years in management at Microsoft, AWS and Viostream in Australia and Singapore driving change and developing business cultures to suit stages of organisational maturity. Passionate about driving success through others Neil leads by example and through developing strengths in people. At SafetyCulture people are our first priority and a healthy business culture with clear values are the springboard for people to be successful. Neil holds a Six Sigma Green belt for organisational effectiveness and has experience in sales coaching, team charter development and strategy facilitation, software for education, presenting skills, team leadership, management, people development and mentoring. Neil has a passion for driving awareness for mental health wellbeing and is the co-founder of a non for profit organisation named TourXOz raising funds for the Black Dog Institute through organising annual bike rides across Australia.
