I’ve spent my career helping individuals, teams, and organizations discover how to use new technologies to drive business performance. I was at the forefront of the Social Business/Enterprise 2.0 movement with Socialtext, helping companies collaborate and communicate more effectively across business silos. With Badgeville, we defined a whole new market - gamification - and in doing so, gave companies new ways to motivate both customer and employee behaviors using the right combination of technology and good design. BetterWorks helps companies, managers, and employees succeed at work through Goal-setting and Continuous Performance Management. Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning will redefine the future of work and disrupt entire industries. Eigen Technologies will be at the forefront of this change. I am honored to lead Maestro, which is fundamentally transforming the way Private Equity operates today, and is poised to change how stakeholders of all kinds collaborate in the future. I love the challenge and thrill of growing new markets and of building new companies from the ground up.
