Nexthink, the Swiss digital employee experience software company, grew out of Pedro Bados's artificial intelligence research at EPFL, where he developed real-time end-user monitoring technology and authored two patents on behavior modeling. Bados co-founded the company in 2004 with Patrick Hertzog and Vincent Bieri as an EPFL spin-off, initially serving as CTO before becoming CEO in 2007.
