CEO at Round Pegs. Having started my career in the startup culture, I became one of these Round Pegs years later for one of the largest banks in Latin America, and while in that capacity I felt first-hand what it was like to see amazing digital ideas get rejected or struggle to find consensus within our company. I left the bank in 2016 and created Round Pegs to accelerate corporate innovation in the world by helping executives reach consensus about a digital opportunity and get a clear plan on how to pursue it "the startup way," making that innovation a reality.
