Raph Boukris is the co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Didomi, a B2B consent management SaaS company headquartered in France with offices in Paris, Lille, Berlin, New York, and London. Boukris co-founded Didomi in 2017 alongside two other co-founders, with the company making its first sales in early 2018 and reaching $1 million in ARR by approximately 2019. Prior to Didomi, Boukris held roles in sales and business development, and he describes himself as the revenue-focused founder of the company. Under his leadership, Didomi raised a seed round of less than 300,000 euros from business angels, followed by a 5 million euro Series A in late 2019 led by French VC Brega, and a 34 million euro (approximately $40 million) Series B in summer 2021 led by Elephant VC at a multiple above 10x ARR. In April 2025, Didomi secured $82.6 million from private equity firm Marlin Equity Partners, which became a majority stakeholder, and used the capital to acquire SourcePoint (which had raised $48 million) and Addingwell (a bootstrapped PLG-motion company founded in October 2021). Boukris is also an active angel investor in more than 35 startups. He is 35 years old, lives in Nice on the French Riviera after relocating from Paris, is the father of three children aged nine, seven, and two, and is an avid boxer and poker player of 20 years.
