Rini Das founded PAKRA Games in 2008 and leads the Columbus, Ohio company as CEO. PAKRA builds serious games and a SaaS platform for learning and performance management, aimed at helping sales and service teams apply new skills to their work processes. Das started her first venture, a STEM tutoring business, at age 15, and previously spent more than two decades consulting on customer experience, Lean and Six Sigma, and large-scale organizational change.
