Robin van Rozen became a director of Swansea-based Cyden in February 2023 and serves as its CEO. Cyden designs and manufactures clinically proven light-based skin and hair wellness devices and is a leading maker of home-use intense pulsed light (IPL) hair-removal technology, which it originally developed for professional salons. A Dutch national, van Rozen previously held roles at Philips and consumer-appliance group Glen Dimplex, where he sat on the boards of Morphy Richards and Glen Dimplex Home Appliances.
