After working as a systems engineer at Infosys and a senior sourcing manager at Cummins, Rohit Garg founded Relinns Technologies in 2016 and went on to launch BotPenguin, an AI chatbot platform that lets businesses build no-code bots for websites, WhatsApp and Facebook. He has bootstrapped BotPenguin from its base near Chandigarh, India to customers worldwide, and writes regularly on chatbot automation as the company's founder and CEO.
