Ronny Sage is the founder and CEO of ShoppingGives, an impact-driven technology startup in Chicago. His best work involves bringing people together, making connections, and inspiring innovation. Since launching the platform, Ronny built a team of 14 through a focus on strong connections and inspiring innovation. He attributes his success to leading with empathy and embodying his philosophy that he doesn't have friends, he has best friends. Before making a move from intrepreneur to entrepreneur, he served as a digital strategy leader at a top national agency, working with Fortune 500 retailers and executives to develop and execute digital strategies that maximize investments. Building on his background in branding, loyalty and incentives, and the education space, Ronny has launched globally viral campaigns as well as several of his own web and mobile applications. In addition to his work, Ronny is a featured guest and contributor on WGN Radio, CBS Small Business Pulse, and Innovation & Tech Today. Born and raised in Chicago, Ronny is active in the local community, both as a member of the Chicago Leadership Alliance and on the board of GoCivic. He is an ongoing volunteer and speaker supporting STEM education.
