Bio
Sara founded the StellarEmploy concept, and its predecessor Farolito, during her doctoral work at the Harvard Kennedy School. Her first job was as a Starbucks Barista. After graduating from Stanford, she spent 10 years in Peru, implementing social programs as a Country Director and Principal Investigator with Innovations for Poverty Action.
