Silvija Martincevic runs Deputy, the Sydney-founded workforce management company whose software handles scheduling, time and attendance for shift-based workplaces, as its global CEO. She joined from fintech Affirm, where as chief commercial officer she built merchant partnerships with companies including Shopify, Walmart and Amazon and was part of the team that took the company public on Nasdaq in 2021. Martincevic is a graduate of Beloit College in Wisconsin.
