Bio
Stephen Titus is the co-founder and CEO of Faved, a creator sponsorship marketplace based in London. He studied engineering at university, where he met his co-founder and CTO (known as Tush), and the two launched a Kickstarter for a smartwatch called the Death Watch that raised approximately $20,000 and sold a few hundred units. After university, Titus completed internships in finance at Goldman Sachs and BlackRock before deciding to pursue entrepreneurship full-time with his co-founder. Titus went through multiple failed startups before co-founding Faved in 2022. His early Kickstarter experience introduced him to the power of Reddit micro-communities and online evangelists as distribution channels, which became the intellectual foundation for Faved's creator marketplace model. He turned 30 in 2025 and is based in London, traveling to the US at least once a month. Under Titus's leadership, Faved has grown entirely bootstrapped from $1 million GMV and $100,000 net revenue in 2022 to a projected $8 9 million GMV and $1.2 $2 million net revenue in 2026. The platform has processed over $50 million in lifetime GMV across more than 20,000 orders, hosts over 30,000 vetted creators, and has served more than 300 brands.
