Realized how broken and transactional recruiting is, so I founded Waldo Labs to bring empathy to the recruiting space by creating genuine matches and lower startup's cost per hire. We've building a free LiteATS for startups and Sourcing Automation Platform to allow startups to automate their top of funnel hiring.
