Noticing how long training employees would take, Ted co-founded Panviva to improve EX and CX problems. Leading the team since 2001, he oversees our global expansion. Before Panviva he was CEO fo Thomson Learning Australia. He Holds a BSc. From Melbourne University and an MBA from Monash University.
