Managing Director of TEA (Tim Evans Associates) delivering coaching, training, leadership development and consultancy services Specialising in working alongside organisations seeking justice and social change. We provide 1:1 coaching and mentoring, design and delivered training, work alongside change makers to animate new ideas, enable organisational change including through strategic away days and interim leadership. My experience is working with marginalised young people, developing social enterprises and doing asset based community development since 1993. I was CEO of a voluntary sector organisation for 19 years. Theraputic foster carer. Experienced in being on Boards of a variety of organisations including the role of Chair.
