He is the Co-Founder & CEO of Expando, an AI-powered partner referral SaaS that connects B2B SaaS companies with referral partners in APAC to build a predictable referral pipeline. With a robust background in International Business Development & Entrepreneurship across North America, Europe, and Asia, Xavier has significantly contributed to various tech ecosystems. He has served as an International Trade Advisor, delivered France's national acceleration program French Tech Tour America for SaaS Startups, played a pivotal role in launching a French Video collaboration platform WorkAdventure in Hong Kong and Singapore, and scaled the operations of French open-source company The Coding Machine in Hong Kong.
