Roy Saandon

Roy Saadon is the founder of Access Fintech, a risk management service for banks and buyside firms launched in 2016. Saadon was one of the founders of Traiana and took over as head of EMEA there in May of 2011. He stepped down in March 2016 after 16 years with the company. Saadon took on the role of head of EMEA after 11 years at Traiana in New York and Tel Aviv. Before that, his most recent role at Traiana was as general manager for Traiana Harmony, where he was responsible for the overall market and technical direction of the Harmony product line. He co-founded the firm in July 2000, along with Gil Mandelzis and James Chrystal, and served initially as head of product and services. Icap acquired the business in 2007. He earned his degree in mathematics and computer science from Bar-Ilan University in Isreal.
