Since he was a young boy he remember one of his dreams was to be a police officer. He pursued it but then realize that it was not for him. The next best thing was security enforcement, funny because it is kind of like policing without all the politics. The minute he turn 18 recurved his guard licenses and certifications plus all kinds of training he could handle. He believed to have been the best, giving his 150% and learning towards his growth to ownership of his very own security guard company. 33 years later he now mentor and coach his team of leaders -teaching people that the security profession is in fact a career choice and a or steppingstone into a Law-enforcement field and or some kind of enforcement career. He is very grateful for the mentoring and wisdom he received by tremendous people like father Jose Orozco Senior, Mohamed Ahmed and Youssef Abdallah, and of course- his life partner and wife Angie. Knowledge is priceless and helps create and shape this company to becoming a top leader in security industry, for now in Arizona market. His dream now is set to be able and Market nationally.
