Autogear is a hardware enabled SaaS company operating in the intersection between connected cars and expense management. We provide automatic mileage tracking for people who use their own car at work, so they get maximum mileage reimbursement without taking time away from their real job.

A standard electronic triplog will give you all your trips in a neat interface, but still require significant effort before an expense report is submitted. We would compare that to getting your full credit card statement and being asked to pick out the business expenses. OK in theory but too time consuming to bother with in practice.

Our vision is to make mileage reimbursement fully automated - with zero touches needed by the end users. We are moving towards this goal by continuously developing our core technology TripEngine. The purpose is to take all the pain and errors away from sorting trips into categories such as business and private by doing it all automatically.
