I attribute my success in this arena to maintaining a "mission-driven" discipline – and that mission is to provide products that let businesses simplify their operations and gain competitive advantages that directly translate to a better bottom line. "When my customers see a tangible improvement ... when they succeed ... I succeed". After my last exit, I am currently on a "sabbatical"!
