Founder / CEO
Rick Kabra
CEO
I have spent 20+ years building businesses around B2B software products and along the way discovered my "Why". Why do I do what I do? It's simple. I am a technologist. I love helping other businesses succeed by leveraging technology. And I am fortunate to have been involved with many cutting edge products in legaltech and other spaces which are redefining the daily work life of thousands of its users -- right now and for years to come. Now, I wouldn't want my passion for technology mistaken for some starry-eyed, Silicon Valley "change-the-world" vision. I attribute my success in this arena to maintaining a "mission-driven" discipline – and that mission is to provide products that let businesses simplify their operations and gain competitive advantages that directly translate to a better bottom line. "When my customers see a tangible improvement ... when they succeed ... I succeed". After my last exit, I am currently on a "sabbatical"! Future plans will likely include investing/advising other small tech business owners as well as exploring outright buying an existing business and scaling it up.
