Both of our co-founders, Simo and Antero, have family members and friends working in the homecare sector in Finland. Watching them struggle, they learned that the current systems and practices for coordinating care and sharing important information between several stakeholders are poor and cause many problems. Just as in the UK & Ireland. They wanted to build something with a large societal impact. And so in 2012, Nursebuddy was born.
