Key dates/activity: - Listed in July 2014 on AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange, as ULS technology. - Acquired a stake in Legal Eye Limited in February 2015. LegalEye provides governance and oversight of solicitors and their compliance. - Acquired a stake in HomeOwners Alliance, a membership organisation offering independent expert property-related articles and advice to homeowners and prospective homeowners in the UK. - Acquired Conveyancing Alliance Limited in December 2016.
