How It Works
Hosts are onboarded and provide details: Location, number of facilities, number of spaces, etc.
Hosts then define how they want to rent: weekly, daily, half-day, or hourly.
Photos of the facilities and spaces are uploaded, and prices are set by the host.
Within 24 hours, the listing is live.
Hosts can also choose add-ons, such as requiring renters to hire security.
If renters have special requests, hosts can easily fulfill them via a work order.
Spotz also gives hosts tools to manage custom groups and priority booking management.
Renters can take advantage of a mobile-optimized interface with easy search by location, facility type, capacity, and more.
Both parties can communicate on the Spotz platform.
Once a booking is requested, the host approves, and payment is processed.
With one button, renters can cancel, and hosts can issue refunds.
