CEO
Ritesh hails from Chapra, a small township in Bihar and came to Delhi after getting selected in IIT-JEE entrance in 2008. After graduating from IIT Delhi, he joined Bosch R&D as a Senior Engineer and earned two patents in the process. He moved on to the business development facility of Bosch after a year and spent 6 months understanding the ecosystem. During college, he also started a non-profit organisation, SARAS to help the masses get access to education technology developed by universities in India and abroad. It was the time spent working with SARAS that urged him to join Avanti, a non-profit organization that provides low-income high-school students a world-class science and mathematics education. In 2014, he moved on to co-incubate Eckovation with his classmate and friend from IIT-Delhi, Akshat Goel. Ritesh manages the overarching strategy for Eckovation.
