Throught my experience with Ento I have developed a deep understanding of the struggles workforce planning teams face and how to solve them with technology. I think my strength is my ability to consistently bridge the divide between technical and non-technical people. I understand my clients’ business goals and what’s needed technically to achieve them, solving the problems that inevitably crop up along the way. I’m a passionate believer in building fast, launching early, getting feedback, iterate, repeat. The only mistake you can make is to wait.
