AODocs is a French-founded enterprise document management platform built on Google Workspace, enabling large organizations to enforce document control, validation workflows, and process traceability on critical business files. The company was created in 2012 as a product spinout of Revevol, a cloud integration services firm founded in 2007 that served as AODocs' early funding engine. AODocs is now the larger entity within the group, which also includes Talarian, the maker of GPT for Work and YAMM (Yet Another Mail Merge). Stéphane Donzé, Founder and CEO, told Latka in May 2026 that AODocs alone generates approximately $30 million in annual revenue, while the combined group of AODocs, Talarian, and Revevol services reached $55 million in 2025 and is targeting roughly $60 million in 2026. The group turned profitable at the AODocs level in 2022 and reported an EBITDA margin of approximately 10 percent on the consolidated entity in 2025. The company has never raised outside capital, funding its software development entirely through the services business and its own cash flow. Customers include Google, Airbus, Air Liquide, and Veolia, with the top three AODocs accounts each paying more than $2 million per year. The group employs 250 people across its entities, with 130 dedicated to AODocs. Donzé said the company receives acquisition approaches from private equity firms roughly four times per week but has no plans to sell.
