CEO Insurwave: Connecting The Specialty Insurance Market. As a creative problem solver, I enjoy finding the key to growth, this usually lies in the customer experience. My focus has always been to design technology that makes customer lives easier and to provide valuable technology experiences in their everyday lives. My curiosity about the customer problem drives me to find growth and my team working and agile experience underpins a rhythm for success in complex situations. I have applied these skills in start-up, scale-up and £Bn companies. One of my passions is as a fitness coach and referee at our local rugby club, where my skills as motivator, mediator and problem solver are tried and tested across all age groups. My background in rowing for many years taught me the true discipline and commitment that is required for high performance but also the value of fun in a team environment looking to achieve success.
