Founder / CEO
Johhny Stein
CEO
Founded Keystream Group in 2011 and have grown the business to one of the most successful suppliers of non-clinical talent to NHS organisations through the CCS framework, employing over 30 people directly alongside 300+ contractors. I oversee the delivery of all recruitment services and personally handle many of our managed services projects. I have a long history of continued success with a number of major clients and am delighted to act as an advisor to many of them on all staffing relating matters. Our success relies on the recruitment and retention of outstanding recruitment consultants, so alongside client delivery, one of my key priorities is employee satisfaction. Keystream offers exceptional training and career prospects to people with the right skills, attitude and values. I’m proud of the fact that our staff turnover is extremely low, and many of our people who started as trainees have worked their way up to senior and management positions.
