A Captain in the Army Reserves Cyber Operations Group, Han Wang has had an extensive career in Cyber Security. Han attended Berkeley for his Undergrad and then Stanford for his Master’s in Computational Mathematics and Engineering. He has worked as a consultant for DARPA and at Livermore Labs. The idea for Paladin came while Han was in Iraqassessing network infrastructure for security weaknesses across bases. After linking up with Daniel and getting into YC, Han was sent to Korea to act as Cyber Liaison, missing YC’s pitch day. Han firmly believes in the idea of democratizing cyber security and thinks Paladin is a way to that future.
