The Pasadena Angels was formed in the spring of 2000 by our founder, DuWayne Peterson, based on the core belief that the best way to help emerging companies is to harness the expertise and capital from a group of informed and connected investors. In the past 17 years, our original group of 9 investors grew to an organization of 100+members. We have consistently been recognized as one of the top angel investing groups in the US, by Forbes and the Angel Research Institute, Entrepreneur among others. Our side-car fund to co-invest in members’ direct investments, added in 2015, is another commitment to increasing available capital for our portfolio companies.
