IoT Connectivity Management Software
Tive is a Boston-based supply chain visibility company that sells cellular-connected IoT trackers paired with a SaaS monitoring platform. Customers attach the trackers to shipments moving by truck, rail, air, and ocean to monitor location, temperature, humidity, shock, light, and orientation in real time. The company was founded in 2015 by Krenar Komoni, who got the idea watching his father-in-law manage a truck fleet by phone.
Tive crossed $100 million in booked annual recurring revenue in early May 2026, up from $89 million at the close of its January 31, 2026 fiscal year-end and from $67 million in recognized revenue for full-year 2025. The company serves 1,300 customers under annual contracts priced at roughly $40 to $50 per tracker per month, with nine customers paying more than $1 million per year.
The company has raised $140 million in total funding across rounds from Bolt, Hyperplane Ventures, Techstars, NextView, Accomplice, and Two Sigma Ventures, most recently closing a $20 million Series C1 in December 2025 at a $525 million pre-money valuation, implying a post-money valuation of $545 million. Tive employs 300 people, including 32 account executives and 11 sales development representatives.
