PinMeTo Leadership Team & Executives

PinMeTo had 78 employees as of late 2021. The sales organization totaled approximately 40 people, with 35 carrying a quota. Engineers numbered approximately 12, with Melkersson noting the company was trying to grow that team but was selective about hiring, preferring engineers familiar with major platform technologies and willing to work in close physical proximity in Sweden.

The company hired heavily in sales during 2021, with Melkersson noting that fewer than half of the current 35 quota-carrying reps were in place at the start of the year, meaning a significant portion were still in the six-month ramp period at the time of the interview. Sales reps carry a monthly new MRR quota of $10,000 after the ramp period, implying an annualized quota of approximately $1 million per rep. On-target earnings at quota were approximately $200,000 per year. The company operates sales hubs across multiple countries, including a hub in Poland staffed with UK-native sellers targeting the British market.
