Craig Reilly is the CEO of PlusOne Solutions and oversees the strategic direction for the company. Since Craig founded PlusOne in 2005, his mission has been to help companies mitigate risk and create safer work environments for their employees and clients. With more than 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, operations management, sales, and corporate strategy leadership, Craig’s passion for innovation has led PlusOne Solutions to become accredited by the Background Screening Agency Accreditation Program (BSAAP), an honor held by less than 2 percent of more than 5,000 Consumer Reporting Agencies in the US. As an active member of the Professional Background Screeners Association, Craig has chaired and sat on many committees, including Criminal Records Reporting Practices Committee, and attended the national conferences to stay abreast of changing regulatory landscape. This industry involvement has led him to develop his background screening and reporting expertise. Craig holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Montana.
