SoftGroup is a Bulgarian software company that creates technological solutions in order to prevent one of the global challenges in the field of the pharmaceutical industry, namely medical counterfeiting. This process is carried out by SoftGroup SaTT (Serialization and Track&Trace) - a mass serialization system and centralized management of pharmaceutical packaging. The main focus of our work is to create a complete solution tailored to European specifics as well as Russian requirements - software, hardware, and all other related services as support issues. Founded in 2003, today the company is a well-established partner of many pharmaceutical companies in Bulgaria, Germany, Ireland, the Czech Republic, Poland, Iceland, Slovakia, Russia, Cyprus, Romania, and North Macedonia.

His craftsmanship in setting the right direction and the excellent business savvy are the main pillars that helped him to establish SoftGroup as a reliable technology partner that delivers traceability technology worldwide. Aside from entrepreneurship, Venelin enjoys high-speed driving experience and fishing. Mr. Dimitrov holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Veliko Tarnovo University.
