Ryan is the co-founder and chief executive officer at TNS. Ryan has been a leader, product visionary and innovator in the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years. Ryan joined his business partner and brother, Charles Bailey, to develop a series of first generation, cloud business management & marketing solutions: a booking engine (Availability Tracker), a travel marketplace (ResortsandLodges), a property management system (RezTracker), and a call tracking software (Phonalytics). These ventures laid the groundwork for the creation of TRACK Hospitality Software and ATLAS Digital Marketing Cloud under the rebranded, TravelNet Solutions. Today, TravelNet Solutions serves more than 2,000 hospitality companies to solve their most difficult technology and workflow challenges. Ryan studied Communications & Marketing at the University of Minnesota-Duluth before moving the company to the Twin Cities. Ryan resides in Minnesota with his wife, Carly and their three children (William, Oliver & Estella).
