Blake Adams became CEO of When I Work, a Minneapolis-based provider of shift-based employee scheduling and workforce management software, in January 2023. He joined from Bain Capital Tech Opportunities, where as an operating partner he worked closely with When I Work following the firm's investment in the company. Earlier in his career, Adams held strategy and operations roles at Google and Intuit, where he was involved in launching QuickBooks Advanced, and led shift-based behavioral health provider Clarity Service Group as CEO.
