With over a decade of professional experience Ive build talent practices and strategies from scratch provided growth consulting to startups sourced and staffed in 4 continents built and trained high-performing teams implemented systems to measure and maximize ROI and led Vancouvers biggest tech recruitment professional group. Ive also been a mentor career coach and guest speaker at various conferences panels and educational institutions. Areas of expertise include people culture strategy team leadership growth consulting global sourcing talent pipelining employment branding full-cycle recruitment selection negotiation and onboarding of professional and executive level roles within the technology industry. My Events life Ive always had a passion for the craziness of the events world and have been constantly involved with it throughout all of my work experiences. From career fairs to trade shows business conferences and large-scale international sports events Ive been heavily involved the design planning logistics operations staffing venue management broadcast integration end-to-end delivery and ROI of various productions including multiple Olympic and Pan Am Games both as Host Broadcaster and as Organizing Committee. I have provided extensive planning phase operational management and games-time venue and logistics management abroad. As I comfortably speak English Portuguese and Spanish I also constantly act as a translator liaison and key point of contact for international clients vendors and rights-holding broadcasters. My Music life In my heart Im a rockstar Ive been playing guitar and pretending I can sing since I was eight and Ive had my share of rock bands growing up.
