An experienced team builder, he combines clarity and focus on best outcomes with honesty and integrity, drawing on skills from within and outside the team. - Worked with the founders of Webio to secure one of Ireland's largest seed funding round of €2.2mm. - Worked with colleagues to establish VoiceSage as the UK's leading omni-channel customer contact provider. - At myTravelGuide, he led the business from start-up to €15m turnover. He is passionate about Retail and Sales, including effective Customer Communications, the Customer Journey, and the Sales Process. Starting and growing myTravelGuide was valuable experience in online retail, and this continued into both VoiceSage and Webio. - He has overseen the creation of sales offices and online sales channels. - He has sped up customer on-boarding and reduced customer churn. - He has set up KPI monitoring and performance improvement systems.
