SVPGeneral Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Sprinklr

BIO

I am a tested general counsel, corporate secretary, and CAO, with deep experience helping dynamic tech companies navigate complex market, legal, and regulatory environments to achieve strong results, growth, and shareholder returns. A decisive member of the c-suite with a high-energy approach, I have built top-tier legal, compliance, and HR teams, with a record of meaningful contribution to high-culture, high-growth endeavors that attract and retain top performers. With strong writing, speaking, and media skills honed in high stakes litigation and at the highest levels of statewide political campaigns, I have played key roles both at important company inflection points and times of intense crisis response and management. Illustrative accomplishments: • GC and key cultural and business leader of an industry-leading health IT company, during a period of consistent growth that doubled shareholder value. • Revamped board governance, on-boarded multiple new board members, and managed all aspects of executive/board interactions for a $1bn-plus revenue, publicly-traded company. • Served as key advisor to CEO and board, managing a high-stakes activist investor engagement. • Led a multi-year public policy campaign, resulting in highly favorable, industry-shifting changes to federal law. • Repeatedly tapped by CEO and board to lead turnarounds of business-critical internal management departments, including HR, talent acquisition, internal technology, legal, and compliance, at times leading groups comprised of more than 300 employees serving multiple, disparate business functions. I have held senior positions in a number of statewide political campaigns, in Massachusetts state government, and at several federal political committees. I graduated from Middlebury College and Harvard Law School. I am a husband, and father of one daughter, a music lover and avid photography and videography hobbyist, a two-time cancer survivor, and a two-time IronMan triathlete.
