Dr. Ratner has accomplished significant successes across a number of disciplines • As CEO, grew Realm ARR 5x, reduced cash burn by 3x, launched the Cloud offering, identified and found product/market fit, and grew the customer base by 10x, and sold the company to MongoDB • Drove 9.8% YoY Enterprise segment growth at Syniverse as President of Enterprise, closed the biggest single deal in 2016 across all segments, redefined GTM, strategy, and vision across all segments while revamping leadership and culture • As CEO, revamped and revitalized company, product, culture and strategy at Openwave Messaging, grew it from $40M to $80M+ generating 15+% EBITDA profit • Reorganized and renovated Product, Engineering, Professional Services and strategy at SEVEN as COO, grew it from $20M to $70M SaaS revenue • Responsible for $150M+ of revenue at Openwave Systems as VP/GM. Created and grew the only organically grown business -- Digital Identity (0 to $20M+) • Designed, implemented, and launched multiple products, most still live today, such as email, mobile email, MMS, security, directory, voicemail as VP Products. • Multiple successful exits including Realm, Carrier Access, Openwave Systems, Openwave Messaging.
