Diane Smith is the Co-founder and CEO of GR8 People.Prior to gr8 People, Ms. Smith was the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of VirtualEdge Corporation, a worldwide leader in Talent Lifecycle Software. She was responsible for the company’s overall strategic direction and the driving force behind VirtualEdge's commitment to product excellence and superior customer service until its very successful acquisition by Automated Data Processing Inc. (NYSE: ADP) in 2006.
