Jaime Navarro co-founded Gus, a Mexico City conversational-commerce company whose AI chatbots help businesses automate customer conversations over WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger, and led it as CEO. A Spanish entrepreneur, he started the venture in 2016 with co-founders Miguel Font and Pablo Estevez after pivoting an earlier personal-assistant project called Hola Gus. Following Gus's combination with Brazilian conversational-AI firm Blip, Navarro took an executive director role at Blip.
