Sandra Bergeron joined our board of directors in January 2013. From 1995 to 2005, Ms. Bergeron was employed by McAfee, Inc where she held several executive positions including head of research and development, and President of the PGP Security business unit. She currently serves on the board of directors of Qualys, Inc (QLYS), a provider of cloud security and compliance solutions, and Sophos Group PLC, (SOPH.L), a provider of IT security and data protection products. Ms Bergeron previously served on the boards of TippingPoint (acquired by 3Com), TriCipher (acquired by VMware), ArcSight, Inc (acquired by HP), Netegrity (acquired by CA), Nuance, and TraceSecurity. Ms Bergeron holds a BBA in Information Systems and an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
