BIO

I am a strategy and operations executive and have led organizations and large scale projects at high growth companies. My accomplishments include building and leading a global inside sales organization producing over $2B in revenue with 1,000 sales agents, creating a mobile digital selling platform used by over 65,000 global sales agents, and transforming legacy hardware sales compensation plans into futuristic plans that embrace the Cloud and other forms of new customer tech consumption. Prior to joining Sprinklr, I ran Global Sales Operations at Hitachi and Akamai Technologies, transforming sales operations capabilities to produce productivity in the sales team. Before this, I spent 17 years at Cisco in various leadership roles within finance, sales and sales operations. I hold a MBA from Virginia Tech’s R.B. Pamplin School of Business and a B.S. degree in finance, also from Virginia Tech. I enjoy road cycling, college football, spending time with my family, and all things technology!
