Jonathan is currently Vice President Channel Sales Partner Development at DialogTech the leading voice analytics platform. Prior to joining DialogTech Jonathan was most recently VP Global Customer Success Partnerships and previously Head of Strategic Sales at Signal. Before moving to Signal Jonathan worked in Strategic Sales and as a Evangelist at the Oracle Marketing Cloud. He came to Oracle through the 1.5 billion acquisition of Responsys which he joined shortly after IPO to manage client relationships through a critical growth phase. Jonathan was a founding team member of the Expedia Emerging Markets organization for their lodging business where he managed relationships with partners and negotiated supplier contracts as well as led acquisition efforts. At Thomson Reuters Jonathan managed customer-focused cross-channel digital marketing and oversaw various technology-vendor relationships to include email service provider and mobile marketing platform implementations. Additionally he served as business-lead for a Salesforce.com CRM initiative requirements training and launch. Jonathan speaks at and attends industry events such as SXSW eTail IRCE NRF AdExchanger and Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity has run his own ecommerce company and is a United States Marine Corps veteran.
