Josef Trauner co-founded Usersnap in Linz, Austria in 2013, building the visual feedback and user-testing platform out of problems he ran into while developing software for client companies. He started his first business straight out of high school. After Usersnap was acquired by saas.group, Trauner stayed on to lead the company as CEO.
