Florian Dorfbauer

Florian is the Lab Lead for the Vienna Development Lab of Dynatrace. He works on designing and building a platform to extend Dynatrace, the leader in software intelligence. Before, Florian was the CEO and founder of Usersnap which helps digital businesses to get feedback, track issues, and create successful products. Companies like Google, Facebook, Dow Jones, and Microsoft trust Usersnap to get actionable insights. Florian is an enthusiastic entrepreneur and founded several companies. He has over a decade hands-on experience building SaaS businesses and delivers on rapid organizational expansion. He has been participating in the Salesforce Incubator to launch Usersnap globally. Florian received his Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Technology Vienna. He is the co-author of numerous papers on numerical simulation of micro-magnetic processes. In a previous life, he worked as a sound engineer, traveling the world with Austria’s vibrant music scene.
